Default channels are jumpy

hello , i have noticed recently that some channels are a bit jumpy on my eurovox ex5000 pvr , is this normal, or is there a way this can be fixed ?

Probably signal strength 80% is good you dont want much more or less than that.

Not normal 4 sure....check your set up....ie cales r correct splitter if u use 1 etc.
