You need a utility like winrar or 7-zip.

Go to rarlab dot com and install. It is shareware, but well worth the few pounds to register.

Right click on the underworld 151 file and click the extract to <filename>\
(This will create a folder called the RAR filename with the underworld update file in it.)

Open up the CAS Studio (Make sure the CAS 3 interface is connected to the usb)
Click on the CAM tab at the top, and select the Diablo

This will open up another window with four tabs across the top. the update cam one is usually the one that is open.
There is a filename bar with a button with some dots at the end of it. Click on that and locate the folder that the Underworld-update1xx.dup that you unrar'd before.
Select the update file, and click upgrade / update.
Takes about 5-10 mins.

You may then need to find the latest keys.bin file and pop that on using the next tab along.

Hopefully that should see you through. Apologies if it is not spot on, but i've written it from memory.

rar is like a zip file. unzip it with a program called winrar its free from downloads .com or net or something like that
