Yesterday I was playing CSS with my friend and I wasn't able to shoot him one time. Later he told me that he was using wall hacking cheat which makes the walls transparent and he can see whats going on behind the walls. Don't you think that hacks ruin the game?

I guess they do, and I'm not fond of people exploiting the game like that. VAC2 seems to be quite effective nowadays as I hardly every see hackers on secure servers.
What does worry me is that there are hacks now which work just like skinning your guns, however, the new texture skins the map and makes everything see through. I'd like to know how Valve will find a way to stop people from doing this.
