You cant get any sky channel for free!
You can get foreign channels that have a English audio A package thats currently "Open" is Digi tv here are the channels Digi TV on Thor 5 & Intelsat 10-02 at 0.8°W - LyngSat it will be very easy to get with a technomate and a 1mtr motorized dish They have a great sport selection and good documentaries However this package will be changing encryption in the near future

Cant help you with the boxing question - I have no interest in it so I dont keep up with who is showing what
To see the sort of channels available in English have a look here. Packages - Europe, Africa & Middle East - LyngSat Click on the providers in the third column - from there its easy to see what soundtracks are carried on each channel, and the range of channels carried on each provider.
