Default changing sat position

hi,i'm new to the sat scene and was wondering how the dish moves from one satelite to another..do i have to go into the menu on the r/c and highlight whatever sat i want to got to...hope someone can explain this to me as i have not got a clue how it works..i'll was thinking on getting a dream box with motorised dish... thanks theted

It is just like changing channels on a single sat. Select the channel you want and if you have set it up, the dish will automatically swing to point at the correct satellite.

A bit more complicated than that but once set up, it is simple.

well you will have a satellite list linked to your channel list and you will select the channel and it moves to that satellite if your using usals on a diseqc motor its very simple to setup
