My friend has a eurovox max blue box the display is showing 2068 all we seem to be able to do using the remote or manually on the box is to change from standbye to on mode or vice versa. We cannot access the menu could this box have been somehow locked? I flashed the box 3 days ago using a blue box loader the box has worked from then until now. Could he have accidently locked it? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hi.

Never heard of anything locking atall. Unplug the box for 30 minutes and then attempt to do a factory reset. I'd also try to get your hands on another remote and see if that is the problem.

i have had this problem with 2 blue boxes and dont listen to any one that says it a clone problem it aint cause the 2 boxes that i did were not clones iam going to try and bring the boxes back to life doing the coax fix and trying to get the master code to reopen the box and reflash and see what happens will let you no what happens over the xmas period.

Thanks Cashy no the box is not a clone its definitly a blue box.

just reflash it with the blue clonesafe firmware... connect with rf cable through tv and factory reset the box(user code 1004)... then plug scart lead back in and do a full power scan... job done... have done loads over the last couple of weeks
