I have just brought one of these
AMBIT 250 CABLE MODEM INFINITE FLASHED.
What do i have to do next i am new to modems so am completely clueless on what i have to do , so please be gentle THANKS

you need a working mac addres from around 2iles away from your home also you need the ambit config tool to enter the mac into the modem then your in business pal

i already have mine sorted which i brought from some guy but this one is for a friend of mine who asked if i could do one for him so i said i would look into it..
He lives about 5miles away from me so would mac addys i am currently sniffing work ?

dont see why they wouldn't as long as the mac is from a different ubr than your friend is in.
