Dream 500c problem help please

HI guys i have a dream 500c its bootloader was dead i managet to get tht restore the boot loader with the jtag but now i have a problem connect the box to the dream up. this is what im doing and step 6 whats happening. its getting stuck it should go to step 7 and let me flash the image. if any one can help please i be thank full to you all.

1, i connect the cable
2, i click the connect button on the dreamup
3, the dream up says connection prepared connect the box
4, then i power up my box
5, then the dream up sasy uploading flash loader,
6, the status bar show its done at the bottom of tht status bar it says " upload completed waiting for acknowledge"
7, Dreamup should say box attached and ready and the flash button will also be ready to use but this never happens it gets stuck at step 6
the dream up gets stuk just befor the message "box attached and ready" i cant click on the button where it says flash the dream up does not go to tht point

I had a similar problem,everything as described,it turned out to be the cable connection inside the box had come away from the circuit board,don't now how this happened might be worth a look.
