Hi ive got a pogo jtag from lincsat for the sammy earth is at pin 6 , ive changed printer port from ecp -epp mode tried both , had legacy plug and play crossed , running mac mot in background , tried in stream , debug the lot keep getting cable disconnected ive even soldred a normal jtag the the board no connection as same.What am i doing wrong the lead must not be correct setout as ive seen other pogos with earths in differant places but the earth can be at 4-20 take your pic , can somebody please assist me as to what i am not doing write .I have followed numerous tuts but still no connection HELP PLEASE?

Hi
If you`ve got everything setup and running properly and still not connecting the try to jtag while in EM and see if that does it, works for some. What program are you using to connect, I find using sdt much easier but thats me everybody has different preferences. Have you got right bytes for your area. regards |

yeah ive got right bytes but my box shud need to be connected first ive used ocd , bke and sdt but they all say cable disconnected , i think this is a connection prob ive got the pogo jtag sat in pushed down hard against all connections but nown , also when i reset battery now i cnt get into debug mode !

had same problem myself - i was using a rs232 cable with 2x 25pin adaptors which is why it wasnt working. Try plugging the JTAG straight into your parallel port and trying from their - worked fine for me
