Q About hacking cable modem

Hi everyone,

I'm new here in the forum. I have maybe stupid question about hacking cable modem.

I'm in EuroDOCSIS standard. At home i have cable tv, and my cable provider provide cable internet.


Wen u say "hack modem and get free internet", does it mean that i must first pay for start packet then hack modem and have faster speed or just hack modem end than have internet access without paying bills.

as long as the feed is live you can connect up a modem & your good to go

Thx for fast answer. so i don't have to take any start packet, just buy used or new cable modem, hack it and go on net

if you have cable tv you can get free internet but if you dont know what your doing its quite hard the haynes guide is a good read if this is any help to you press the thanks button
