hi guys i posted a few months ago on any dreambox installers who would be willing to come and set mine up....fee paying of course.. so with some spare time on my hands here we go again.. thanks in advance ian

where is your location ? wich box, what size dish, rotor? I might help you to set it yourself.

hi mate thanks for your reply.... yes sorry you might need some info.. well its a dreambox 7000-s ihave a 90 cm dish on a motor from maplins. the dish and motor was installed by a expert and on some satellites it picks up some channels but most of the channels come up saying this channel cannot be descrambled. So i think its set up right its just the actual software in the dreambox thats the problem. like i said i have posted this before and nanockicken told me to download 4 things onto a memory stick which i did cant remember what they were....maybe xpl and dreambox something or other. as i said im a complete novice but any help is greatly appreciated. many thanks in advance..ian

That will be correct - most channels cant be descrambled at the moment unless you have a proper subscription or a cardshare in place.
