Default no channel info

can anyone please help, ive got no channel info on any channel, ive tried a factory reset and scan and its still the same, would a re flash solve it, thanks

did you select the correct cable provider before you scanned

yeah the channel information seems to be a little hit and miss..buts that s a small price to pay......have you tried setting the right time and date especially after a factory rest...sometimes this helps.... hope this helps

Do you mean on the EPG or on the actual INFO button?

Tbh, starviews are not the best stb to have when it comes to the EPG.
If you've done a reset factory settings and done a re-scan and it's still no good, you could try re-flashing (don't think this will probably help though, which version of fw do you have btw and what box?)

45p for a tv guide magazine is a very small price to pay for a weeks worth of "EPG" even though it's not electronic lmao, imho.

its starview 2 and its got latest firmwear on it, it worked fine till the other day, it just went off, maybe your right i,ll go and buy a mag, thanks for ur help.

had same problem with sv3 a while ago, turned off and on at mains, working fine now.
