Hi,
Go to motorised setting and select USALS, then in Position setting enter your latitude and longitude. Then send the dish to Thor 0.8W. The motor should end up very close to zero. Set the scale on the side of the motor to your LATITUDE. As long as the pole is vertcal, adjustment of the dish, and moving the whole lot round the pole for best signal on 11325H, should get you the 'ARC' The motor body, will end up pointing due SOUTH.

you would put in latitude 54.5 and select north and then longitude you would enter 1.4 and select west
then save the settings next select thor satellite press on the go to satellite next align up on thor buy using the bbc world transponder 11325h from a viewable tv, if you don't have a signal meter |

in the motorised setting you should be able to edit the satellite position to 28e, strange that they are half a degree out in the receiver settings

i've this receiver, have you patched it?
I found that when you patched it (with any Patch) all sats said east ... you can either master reset it which will bring you back the original satellite list, OR amend them all in satellite set-up.... |

I think you may have downloaded a channel list too, and someone has been tweaking the sat positions. In Motorised settings, you can simply change it back to 28.2.E
