Default wireless router mac

Ok ive got a modem going am i right in saying that if i go through a wireless router i dont have to change the macs of my pc as they are not associated with the modem only the router is

No you shouldnt' have to. Only change the MAC if you connect through ethernet.

I use a netgear wireless router.As far as I known you cannot change the mac on your computer.All electronic equpment has it's own unique' mac address. I have three computers.All have their mac addresses entered into the router.That means that only computers with those mac addresses can access the modem.

U aint really supposed 2 change the mac on any equipment but it is actually possible by usin SMAC (for example)
this prog cld b used if u were gonna keep urself safe by changing it b4 tryin out a new sniffed mac..
mac changing progs r used on the fly by some businesses 2 change nic macs on pcs that need updates 2 expensive programs that have a single user license+are only meant 2 b used on one pc, but if the mac is spoofed(changed) 2 the same one that the main program wos 1st put on, the program itself+any future updates can b put on virtually any amount of PC's.
