My Kryptview asks me for code update

Hi,
I am new to Kryptview, my kryptview stopped working and now asks for code update. My friend tried to help me out and he says that he downloaded the channels but it is asking for the code update. I dont know how to solve this problem. Can I get help ?

Have a look in downloads m8, or tcb toolbar for the latest fix, you dont need to keep putting codes in it will autoupdate,you will need a null modem rs232 cable.
