To load the files just drag them on to a memory stick and then put the memory stick in the USB port
at the back of the receiver. Then press the menu button on the remote there you will see USB
at the bottom of the screen. Just highlight USB with the remote then you will see the
(Box Super USB Bin file) appear on the screen. Highlight the Box Super USB Bin File with the
remote and press th ok button then you will see the file start loading in to the Box.

After you have uploaded the software from your memory stick,

• Press menu and go to installation,
• Select correct provider i.e. NTL, C/W or TW
• Then automatic scan
• Once the channels are found, exit back to the blank screen
• Press menu (ignore what is on the screen) and press 1 5 7 0, this takes you to a secret menu,
• Go down to emu/key and turn it on.
• Now exit and wait for it to store all the data.
• That’s it, have fun

(Thanks to martin-f, with a slight edit)

It should work. Start again and follow instructions word for word. Plug memory stick in pc and just double check the bin files on there of even format stick and put the bin file back on and start again.

when u formatted the usb stick did u format it in FAT32 not NTFS?

before u put usb into back of sv4, make sure sv4 is switched off at back, then insert usb stick, then switch on sv4, same applies when removing usb stick, sv4 switched off then remove usb.

u are not using a usb hub in back of sv4, these can cause probs.

make sure the write protection switch (if it has 1) on usb stick is not on and can u try a different make/model of usb stick.
