Default Freesat Newbie Installation help

Hi, hope somebody with a bit more nous than me can help!
Bought a Goodmans GFSAT 100SD Freesat box today, as the previous owners of our house had Sky and a dish (but no aerial) it was the cheapest way for us to 'go digital'.

The set-up seemed to go pretty smoothly, it says we have a signal strength between 85 and 100%,(so I reckon the dish is aligned correctly) and went on to download 85 channels - however NO BBC2, BBC3, BBC 4, Channel 4, CBBC, and most importantly for us, NO CBeebies!!! (3 1/2 year old twins). The channels we do have (including 14 variations of BBC1!!) come through perfectly.

The whole installation process seemed to miss a step… there was No software update downloaded, and I don't seem to be able to make the box do one… under the Menu options I just get the options for it a manual or automatic upgrade, but doesn't
seem to do one!

Goodmans technical support suggested unplugging everything, pressing the standby button on the box down for 30 secs and running a 'first time installation' again. Done this, 3 times, no joy, nothing changes.
Freesat technical support were polite, but ultimatley couldn't help.

If this helps, this is the info on my "INFORMATION" page:
Model No. 01
Hardware Version: 1.3
Software Version: 1.2.16
Lock indicator: OK
Network ID: 003b
Transport stream: 07fc

On the setup screen it also said Transport ID: 0902.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

Apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place, please point me in the right direction.

cheers,
Joe

Can't be the wrong satellite, as bbc1 is coming through.

BTW, corrected the thread title, so that it read Freesat and not Freeview.

Not relevant to this thread really, is it?

But, the short answer is, no you can't, you're stuck with the order that Sky put them in.

Problem solved!

Just to round everything up, it was a faulty unit.

PC World replaced it, installation piece of cake, very happy with the result.

Thanks,
Joe

Supplementary question: anybody know what the ethernet slot is for on the Freesat box – can I get digital services via it… ie, internet? Rather frustratingly there's no mention of it in the user manual or on the goodmans website…
