Default HELP - Need help with missing channels

Hi All, this is my first post and really need help to find lost missing channels on my eurovox. Im in Fife in Scotland and do not seem to have Sky2 or 3 despite repeated scans and searches incase the channels appears unamed somewhere else.....To be honest I wouldn't normally bother but i'm a huge 24 fan and the catch up episodes are on Sky2 all weekend before the new series starts on Sky 1 !!!!

I seem to be also missing Sky Screen 2 and FX

Can anyone talk me through how to add a channel and if so what frequency i would need ???????

Thanks in advance

Hmmm, try factory reset, then full channel scan.. Then download Voxer, work out how it works, then get the channel list off your box (cdf file) use voxer to have a look through your channels, put 'em in the order you like, sort your favourites out, then put the cdf file back to ya box..
Should all be sweet and dandy when thats done...

To add missing frequencies
Press Green button - 'Channel Edit'
then Red button - 'Add'
Strictly in the given order:
Type in the Symbol Rate
Type in the frequency required
Select CH NUM and press the INFO button on your remote
and type in the new Channel Number
Press OK.

You will have the symbl rate from the other channels, but you will need to get the freq for you area.

Looks like you dropped a transponder, check your cables are securely connected and while you are at it, if you haven't done so already, load the new firmware 05/12/08 and download CDF for your area or use your own.

If you decide not to use a CDF file after loading the new firmware then Menu/Config/Clear Data/Restore Factory Settings use the Symbol Rate for your area and let it scan. If you are still dropping channels try using the cable feed directly from the street and repeat Menu/Config/Clear Data/Restore Factory Settings use the Symbol Rate for your area and let it scan. Good Luck

just do a power scan m8, you will get everything back. you should get 40 transponders. if you are still updating your codes i assume you dont know how to save you favorits (cdf), if you powerscan you will get all the channels but loose you favs.
