The only way to get the BK without jtag is to read the N*L card and hope that it is paired. It looks like your com port is receiving data because it has picked up the atr, set ifs is the first transmission from nagra edit to the card and will expect the card to return data indicating that it has completed that task successfully. If you look in the 'comm' tab you should see this

RX: 3F FF 95 00 FF 91 81 71 A0 47 00 44 4E 41 53 50
30 31 31 20 52 65 76 42 30 44 3C --- This is the atr which you received
TX: 21 C1 01 68 89 --------- This is setifs
RX: 12 E1 01 68 9A --------- This is the correct response from the card
TX: 21 00 0D A0 CA 00 00 07 21 05 06 03 FF FF 00 20
40
RX: 12 00 22 A1 1E 5C 00 00 27 79 FC B3 FF FF FF FF
FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 FF FF 00 00 FF FF 00 00 00
00 00 00 90 00 52

Do the usual stuff clean the contacts on the card etc, a number of people have had problems with usb ports for these applications especially with laptops this fault is usually something wrong with the comms setup. I prefer the old 9 pin serial com1 port that most of the software you might use was written for!!

you will need the BK for any card you write, I have no experience of the Infinity USB Unlimited other than search for other posts about people having trouble with this programmer I seem to remember there have been plenty!!!, I always prefered the infinity USB phoenix but it needs the old 9 pin serial COM1 port.
