hi, thanks for looking but does not get me any closer to finding the key thats just about buying a box and what programmer to get.

is there no way of getting the key off the card with any program or software or do i need a jtag pogo or something like that i'm sure someone in the forum has done it before

Hi

Its usually the setup that causes as been pointed out, I have the infinity and its not a problem. Do you have a dedicated serial port or you using a usb to serial adapter.

Try changing ver of software you using some dont work as el, try changing to 2.63 or 2.71 works for me.

I think he has the unlimited version which is usb only, but yeah i agree it sounds like a software problem.

went to version 2.70 and got this when i clicked on read card in nagra edtior 4.1
