Hi, I am looking for a good DVD recorder to use with my Eurovox EX5000 box. Any recommendations?

Thank you.

Depends on budget. Personally I like Pioneer but they are expensive, but they are very easy to use. I would say spend more and buy a good make or buy a cheap recorder and get rid of it when it goes faulty.

Don't the ex5000 support HD Drives?
I know theres apparently only two sorts of HD drives that are working and stand up well in these ex 5000's, depends if you want to keep what your recording for library / collection, or just to watch in a few days time,
If your doing the second option why get a DvD Recorder if you can record with the ex 5000?
