This is quite the lazy first post, everything you need including guides are in the download section of the site.
As for what you need for pace boxes, that depends on the model of the pace box, ie:- 4001 need led simm whereas other models need jtag or a pogo jtag. You might be able to avoid using these tools by glitching the cards using a glitcher or unlooper. If you're lucky the cards may have been programmed and already be unlocked so it's just a matter of reading the card.
I haven't done sammy boxes myself but information regarding sammy boxes are in the download section.
You need to be more specific with your post as to what model box you are dealing with and look in the download section of this site to find tutorials, files and programs.

Your prob better having another programmer, one that can do virgin cards with,a unlooper as well always comes in handy

your jtag will do samsung 2100 & pace 4000,4010
you need some funcards if you aint got any already.

there is link on this page mate to the download section where there is lots of tuts. Also do a search on google for "tcb.cc toolbar", some good info on there

a programmer i use is usb-phoenix-infinity programmer,it will do nearly all cards, there are others. If you want to do a virgin card it will need unlocked first, you unlock it using a unlooper, once unlocked you can get your bk from it(No need for jtag or leadsim ect) & then write to it. The card must be paired to the box.

You can get programmers & cards form Lincsat's Nick-nacks (Shop)
you can get a unlooper from _http://www.fleetcomputersystems.co.uk/

iv only used the infinity-phoenix one. To read/write virgin cards with the infinity-phoenix one you will need to connect is to your pc using a usb lead & a serial lead so make sure you have a 9pin serial port on your pc.you can get a adapter but they can be allot of hassle

with the infinity-unlimited you only need a usb lead(I think, anyone?)
