hi there we have a eurovox 2 i think,every night at the same time just after 12 am ours goes to a green screen no channels, put the new firmware in from the toolbar via dnupman thingy hoping that would solve the prob with no joy anyone have any ideas how to sort it ty in advance

to fix this you have to convert the ev2 to euroblue via jtag eh this is the best way to sort this and will be better for you for futre updates as well

search youtube for warzeuwant and there is a cpl oh video tutorials on there showing you what to do

was a supposed to reset factory setting all a did was clear data and then a power scan should a try that first

I converted my to Eurovox Blue, It was the best thing I did, awesome EPG and much better then the EV2 EPG and NO cutouts. Just have to wait for my Blue Max remote to be shipped from fleabay.

its the only thing that will stop the box turning itself off and also the green screen probs after new fix eh

Luckily for me the box was pre-Jtagged thus I needed only the FW installed for me to get the Blue Max (2006). I like how the EPG is now on the bottom of the screen with more info about future/upcoming shows/movies/sports etc. Oh and the aspect ratio is better aswell with widescreen being supported.

I have Eurovox EX5000 PVR with latest firmware and it does the same

11.59pm It switches off, it is genuine box.

What do I need to do to fix it ?

go into the timer settings and switch it off

Hi,

There are no timers set, all 8 timers are turned off.
