Hi,

I've got a strange problem here which I'm sure that will be something idiotically stupid.

Downloaded new keys to USB stick - entered into my own box at home, no problems. Works fine

Entered into my box at work, no problems. Works fine.

Entered into my neighbours box (exact same box) - file downloads reboots as it should do , but not working. Now my neighbour did buy a brand new box so dont know if you have to activate anything first, cant get my head round it !

Any idea's please
