I've had this problem for a couple of weeks, where all channels on frequency 227.00 are missing.
I've got a signal strength of 84%, when I press the info button and have tried manual scanning, full scan but still nothing. S*y 2+3, the Arts channels, National geographic are all missing. I have an Ex 5000 box and all settings appear ok. Any ideas? I'm in the Dudley, West Mids area. |

If you have done a manual scan and still no joy it is likely these channels have moved to a tp that you haven't got (how many do you have?). If a power scan didn't find them either and your using a splitter, may be worth hooking your eurovox up directly to your cable feed without the splitter and scanning again. Make sure you create a cdf before rescanning (just incase!!!)
May be worth holding out and see if someone in your area could confirm the correct freq before you try the above though then you could enter it manually. |

You are definitely on the correct frequency,I have all those you mention on the Wton border on that same frequency ...the only thing I sugest is that you erase all data and power scan ....if you have no luck I will post you a cdf ....

Thanks for advice Guys.
Took splitter out, deleted data and power scanned, but this time the 227.00 frequency is not even picked up. All other channels ok. So I tried a Deep scan and the same again, no 227.00. Its not a big problem but annoying! |

Well they are still on that frequency in the Wlvo area and would imagine they would be the same in yours the only thing I can suggest is that you keep trying and do a power scan at different times, because sometimes local conditions can affect what you pick up ....good luck...I will post you a cdf file a bit later on with everything on .....
