hi when watching certian broadcasts i get 2 black bars down each side of the screen when i had the box 2 you could change this by pressing the blue button but on the new box 4 usb you cant change you have to watch it like its broadcast does any one no any

go in system settin and change change things there either aspect or other option this cures the problem

goto menu...press user set up..goto o v setting,,goto

tv ratio...change settin to 16.9...press ok /... exit ...hope this helps ...bigfella
