Lost all channels on dbox2 after a scan!Help!

I really need help, some chanels were missing so I did a scan but I didn`t change the settings from `update new` So after the scan which didnt find any channels anyway I lost all the ones that I had. The image is Sportster 1.75 and I have the latest keys in use too. But i have no channels! I have tried a slow scan but to no result.
p.s living in tw area.

di u set up ur location settings ie sym rate frequency etc

Sorry but where am i supposed to put that code in? On the scan menu, manual scan? Could you please give me step by step instructions? I`m a bit of a dummy when it comes to things like this. thanks

haven't used sportster for ages

net id = 40961
frequency = 539000
symbol rate = 6952

can u manually change these?

Aaaargh I`m sorry i put in the frequency and sybol rate but there was nowhere which stated the net ID. any ideas? thanks

Right here are all the settings on the system scan.
Scan for services- TV and Radio
Bouquet- Overwrite existing
Cable provider- CableUK Sym6887
Fast scan- On
Manual scan- On
Frequency-539000
Symbol rate- 6952
FEC- 1/2
Polaristation- H
And when scan is started nothing happens at all cable,transponders etc: all columns stay empty. Checked keys again which are right and the EMU is evocamd.

is there a cable provider 6952? nothing to do with emu or kys
