Default MCETvServerClient

Like I said in that other thread, I was wondering about MediaPortal, because it'll mean I can run 2xDVB-T alongside 2xDVB-C (without Ultimate).

I've just noticed MCETvServerClient on team-mediaportal - says it'll allow you to replace the MS TV service with the MP TV Server?

Anyone used it?

I have trawled Media Portals site and have not found reference to it, send a link as I would be interested. My understanding of VMC is no streaming of live TV right ?

Yep, VMC = No Streaming

I'm finding it difficult to find stuff on there, but I have got MP working

MEDIAPORTAL - free media center - MCETvServerClient

EPG Service and utilities - MediaPortal Forum

Just tried it, it doesn't quite do what I thought - it gives you a "more Prgrams" style view of MP's My TV.

Doesn't quite work...
