Default Pixelating screen.

I have 3 no sv 2+3 boxes in my house, which all seem to have the same troubles. All channels on tp 395000 seem to freeze and pixelate, I've tried deleting and rescaning the channels but the same is still happening, it's more noticeable on sly sports2. A couple of times when manaully scanning on 395000 it has failed to pick up any channels, I thought it may be a problem with 1no box but it has happened to my other 2. Any ideas what the problem could be? In the Tyne and Wear area if thats any help. Thanks.
