Rite guys just about to start unlooping this a82.
Few things i want to clear up before i begin: I need a vdc of 19-1a correct? Is it possible to stop the process half way through and carry on at another time? If so can it only be done using sidewinder or win-ex? Think thats everything i need Thanks guys

Sorry for mitherin guys but I could do with some help as im really stuck now and think ive messed things rite up!!
Was trying to unloop rom10 reva82 in sidewinder using tiny unlooper. Was told need to set pot to 19-1a which i did, yet sidewinder never stabilized i just kept gettin ---+++---+--+ all the way, never a straight ------. Even after playin around with the pot Any ideas why? The after around 8 hours sidewinder just stopped working completley would not do a thing so i had no option but to close. Now when trying to read i just get no atr. Please dont tell me ive fried the card its from a pace 2000. Anything else i can try? Any help at all is much appreciated guys.

thinks youve fried the card. if you turn the vdc down to much, sidewinder will stop

Think ive figured out my problem, Windows Vista!
Neither sidewinder or WinExplorer seem to get on at all with Vista. Sidewinder just did not do what it was supposed to, and everytime I opened WinEx i kept getting an error and was recieving script errors. After tryin the same two programs on XP I had no problems what so ever. So that be a note to all, don't try and unloop using sidewinder or WinExplorer with Windows Vista!
