My ClarkeTech records files using .trp extension. I wanted to convert these to format that I could use elsewhere.

MPEG Streamclip 1.1 seems to do the trick

Free MPEG Streamclip Download

You will need quick time on the computer
Apple - QuickTime - Download

Start the program, open the file and choose convert to mpeg
