Default Regional news!!

I have a eurovox 1000. Everything is great except the bbc1 regional news! I get Londons, instead of my local area. Am I missing something, and what can I do about it if anything? Regards.

Press the TV button twice to see a full channel list.
Scroll up or down till you see the BBC channels.
When the news is on: scroll trough these channels to find your local news.
Use this channel in your favs..
Sorted!

this is for max v but I think 1000 is the same
whilst on the BBC 1 channel press the remote info button twice to see what the frequency is of that channel
then
Menu / Installation / Fast Install and press OK (enter pin)
Now press the red button on the remote for advanced install
Scroll to the frequency with the channels you want to update
Press OK on remote this will put a tick next to the frequency
Press the Blue Button on the remote to do a manual scan of that frequency
