Default HELP - how to update MOSC with Infinity Phoenix

Hi - I have a VM digibox that was working fine with a MOSC up until 2 weeks ago. I have purchased an Infinity Phoenix programmer, but am now stuck. I keep reading forums that refer people to raed past posts and that the information is there - I am pulling my hair out because for the life of me I can't find it specific to VM (Old Telewest area) - can somebody please talk me through step by step, or possibly let me have a guide that they have completed that simplifies the steps needed. Any help from all you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

First you need to try and read the box via nagraedit to see if it lets you into card, it will also tell you a bit of info about card eg, rom 11 rev bod and provider details. From your post you are in TW area.

It will then become clear by output message in nagra if card is locked and might need unlooping/glitching which is what you will need to invest in.

Once card is open it might just be a dates issue but need to get into card first.

Regards

Hi - I have tried reading the card so that I can post whatever Nagra reads, I have the infinity reader connected through the usb and the serial port. When I run Nagra 4.1 and click the envelope with the blue arrow, I get the mesage ...

Opening of COM1 was successful
ATR String: "got various hex numbers"
ROM Revision: 011
EEPROM Revision: RevB04
ProviderID: 5A
CamID: "got various hex numbers"
Using BD3 Key: "got various hex numbers"
Attempting to login to BD3
BackDoor login verified
Dumping Dataspace
Backdoor retrieval has been blocked
Attempting to login to BD3
Attempting to login to BD0
Unable to login, bad password detected
Login attempt aborted
Reading ROM11 failed
Closing of COM1 was successful

Anybody know what this means or if I am doing something wrong? HELP!
