box key help for sammy 2110

hi been trying to get my bk from a original nt hell card im using nagraedit 4.1 and a infinity usb unlimited proggy im running nagra in 98 compatabily and proggy in phoenix 3.680 mhz but keep getting this...

Opening of COM3 was successful

got my ird and cam id but could really use some advice about where im going wrong.

i have looked through hours of post but found nothing for a sammy 2110.any help pz

You need to unlock the card first mate using a unlooper

The card is locked m8 and you'll need an unlooper to get your bk

could you recommend a unlooper and software im not familier with unloopers
