Dbox - help!!!

Hi Guys/Gals,

Just abit of help please, am looking at purchasing a DBOX, currently paying for a full subscription with Virgin Media. However like most people fed up with paying the exspensive bills.

I have herd about the DBOX??? Which one is the best? Money is not really an objective however I dont want to pay the earth. Whats the differences between the boxes. Whats the difference between the OS?

Just abit of advice about the best box or what I need to do when I get the box or where to get a box from.

Hi and welcome! A dbox is a linux box. There are various other boxes (Dreambox etc..) but if you're looking to buy a dbox, make sure it is a dbox2 and that it is in debug mode. You can purchase one on eb@y for between about £90-£120 depending on whether you get a sagem or nokia.

There are various tutorials on this website that will help you get started mate and the folk on here are always willing to help!

The league, Champions League, FA Cup, Community Shield, World Club Cup...

Liverpool FC never aim for just the league my friend! We always aim to win it all!

Seriously, I think the league is between ourselves and Man Utd, but I'm worried by the lack of experience we have in a title run-in. The only player I can think of that has been involved is Alonso (when Sociedad lost the league on the final day) and obviously there's Benitez who's won titles as a manager. However, we do have a lot of international captians in the team so hopefully that will off-set the lack of experience in the run-in.

I also think we'll go far in the Champions League because...well, because we always do!
