Default What motherboard to use with Jtag.HELP

Hi can anyone who jtags the pace , sammy cable boxes give me a description of the motherboard they are using and the opperating system installed or best to use , coz i have tried endless ammounts of times to connect with my asus m2n32 sli mainboard , i am running win xp , ive tried all port settings ecp , epp , legacy plug and play , got firm connection even soldered wires but it says 'cable disconnected' . Ive tried using OCD , SDT ,BKE the lot and im bringing it down to my mainboard maybe something isnt compatible or its too new for this , can ppl give me a description of there setup please coz this is the only problem im ruling out cheers duane

Have you tried changing your parallel port address in the bios from i think its 278 to 378? leave it in standard parallel port

well when i first connected my 2100 abit ago it must of been set to standard and im sure i got message put in debug mode once whilst using OCD , i aint changed from 278 to 378 yet will that help cheers duane

Hi thanks for reply , ive tried it on standard 278-378 and another setting but then i get internal error 43 , as soon as i change it to epp-ecp the internal error goes and i just get cable disconnected my jtag is pogo from lincsat and its brand new i just dont know why the hell its saying im not connected , this must be a compatible prob with my motherboard i cnt think wot else ?

yeah i have macmot running , before i mess on with bytes i need to be connected right i cnt run macro file either coz im not connected ?
