oh, but its much simpler to just do a full scan, then just use Voxer to sort channel order and rearrange favourites with what you do or don't want ... to me it seems a tedious procedure to add/remove/sort channels manually..

Erm u have to a transponder not a channel... then scan the transponder to find the channel.. thats if ur not scanning the transponder already. If you have all the transponders already then do 'Update Channels' but with Auto-sort turned off..
