As the title says, are there any other virgin users here? If there are is your downloading going ok? I've got a 20meg service and its now taking the **** to d/l anything! From running full speed i'm now down to 300!! I've tried rebooting my modem my router but no effect! I need to try a torrent and see if it goes any faster!

VM will cap your service if you download more than a certain amount in an hour. How much they limit you is available on their site I think.
I've only got 2mb and their news server max's my connection out and after 200mb (I think) I get capped back to 1mb which translates to 120KB/s roughly. Use it at night and you don't get capped. |
