this is the error i get when i try and open my card i have unlooped first and i am using winxp with usb multiprogrammer in phoenix mode 3.8
is ther any seetings i have to put into xncs

If youre after the bk why dont you try the card with boxgetpc2.

With xncs you could also try pressing the yellow triangle then the middle dev and when you get a new box on the botton right hand corner there is a line with lots of numbers and letters.

Delete the 1st 4 zeros and replace them with 4E69 then press go.

See what happens.

You could also check if its set to win98 compatibility mode.
Dont have any other card applications open while trying to read the card.
