Weird card i found this morning

while going for a wark this morning i found a random pci card in a skip
it's made by technisat
has s video(???) out and what i think are audio jacks
it's a full 12 inch beast of card which is why i'm curious

no identification apart from technisats logo and a paper labal that wore off ages ago

no writing on the chips either

i did find a date which was

11/1997 this is far to early to be digital unless it's some form of test/broadcast system
so i think it's analogue
can't get pics as my phones dead

also can't stick it in my pc as it's far too long
and my mac certinaly wouldn't have a clue
