Clearing of DigiTV?

Using latest Patch and Softcam for my TM3300 2ca but i still cant clear digitv like axn crime and axn scifi?

How can i enter keys manually?
Tried mute then exit on remote but it dont work

Really want to get this working as im getting really frustrated

the latest softcam should open the digi-tv channels mate
after the latest key change it knocked the A/U out
and you first have to turn the A/U off in the options
section in the receiver menu then load the softcam
if you dont the patch A/U will send false keys out
and stop the chns opening

all working. factory reseted the receiver and reloaded darkman patch and soft cam and we are cooking on gas
