Hi
All set up and working okay, apart from the above two menus. When I go into channel edit, and put the password in, these two are a different colour and I am unable to select. Any ideas anyone?

just so I can move regional variations of stuff etc, and maybe sort alphabetically. Have another problem to now, just plugged the external HDD in and is making a beeping sound and not being recognised by the starview. Any ideas? Knew this would not be simple

Press Ok button on remote, by moving the left/right arrow on remote will let you have a list of channels that are in a menu, like sports, music, movies etc. Get HDD to work in PC first and format it in FAT, not NTFS, make sure you dont want anything of HDD before you format. Switch off SV4 at back before you plug HDD in. GOMPLAYER just load that to PC, you only need it when you want to watch a recorded program offthe HDD to a PC or laptop. JoK

Great, thanks for clearing that up, was wondering why it would not work! The HDD was the one supplied with the starview. The USB works but the HDD just beeps constantly when in. Have tried hooking it up to my computer but it is not recognising it so sounds like it may be faulty : <
