Well if mrom is saying phoenix unresponsive that means it is unable to communicate with your programmer and card.

So all i can suggest is that you double and triple check your set up as quite often it is a simple mistake.

When opening mrom make sure that you have no other programs open that use your com port such as nagra. Its easier to close every program and just run mrom.

If you still get mrom saying phoenix is unresponsive your set up is incorrect.

Are you using usb to rs232 or a serial extension they could be causing the problem.
