Hi - We have a Eurovox Max V box and have been experiencing really bad jumpy pictures/sound on all channels. This was caused by a faulty aerial connection (which we have been told is quite common with the Eurovox boxes) and has now been resolved but after doing two powerscans we cannot get Sky Sports 1 or Sky Sports 3. I do not have a connection lead to update firmware so I am inputting codes manually. Can anyone help? All the other channels have come through ok!

try a manual channel scan. If that dosent work you may have to manaully input the freqs, in which case post your area & provider and someone may be able to assist...

Hi - think I am going to have to input the frequencies manually but need some help with it as I haven't done it before. I am in Manchester ex C & W (5C01) - I have lost Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports 3 and all the Disney Channels. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Get yourself to bowlers in trafford park and pick up a null modem lead (and usb serial port if your pc hasn't got one)
Then you can update the firmware - which is easy enough to do. Then you won't need to enter codes.
Should cost you less than a tenner, including paying to get in..
I could also send you a cdf file then, as im in sth manchester 5c01
