finally got my max232 workin i ha my chip placed in wrong way round doh!, anyway got on to jtag clicked on write bootloader and its sayin " to continue a previous flash enter the offset to resume from. otherwise select 0x0 to start from the begining" so do i set it at 0x0 and begin flash?.

any way..!

iv finaly got soft-jtag 2 work after some time and help from bad_ad84's help as well lol what a good bloke!

any way half way throw re-wrightin the bootloader it stop's and my computer come's up with an error

(Unhandled exception has occurred in your application)

and now the soft-jtag wont seam 2 work right it'll open and connect 2 my modem but non of the option's come up down the side's any more!

hope iv not brick't it

can any one tell me what's wrong or help me out on this one please

ive read about a few plp havin this problem do not switch your modem off or will brick i think you just need to rewrite it. have a little look at a few post just to make sure though.
