Default How i got my Chartman Wand Working ok !!

When i put the wand in the on demand came up as temperary unavailable but i noticed that the wand was working and enabling and disabling the stb mac .After restarts still no .So what i did was when the box was on and pressed red button to enable talkback then i cut the red wire .This is power wire ,then the remote will stop working so then link red wire up again and remote should start working .Restart box but when power comes on activate talkback straight away as box is booting up .As soon as i did this my on demand was working ok, if you find that the on demand dosent work when box is started without talkback cut then enabled you will have to start box with red button selected straight away to get on demand and when not watching on demand dont press red button when box starts. Also if your box did an update when you installed the wand and it updated with talkback cut try forcing a update with tealback enabled(red button and light on ), this is also what i did but dont know if it helps but just bear in mind.Just for me to say my box is a pace 4010 hope this helps other people cheers duane

It enables and disables box talkback so that you can enable then purchase on demand then when watched disable talkback on the box!
