Default Pixelation and Picture Break-up - Starview 4

Hi,

I have a Starview 4 and, sad as it may be, one of my favourite channels is National Geographic.

All the other channels I watch regularly are fine but this one is unwatchable because of pixilation and picture break-up. National Geographic +1 works fine so that’s my work-around at the moment.

Still a bit of a pain though so I have tried removing my splitter and re-scanning. I've also made sure the connections are secure.

The signal bar (at the moment) is at zero, where as any other channel pretty much shows it as almost full.

Any ideas appreciated

Anyone got any ideas on this? For instance is there a suitable signal booster that can be bought for the Starview 4?

try this first
go to the bad channel press menu click ok on installation go to manual scan click ok then ok again when scan has finished then exit back and see if its the same
if still the same try v1.06

Thanks for the suggestions Martin, but neither worked

Any more ideas gratefully received. Is there indeed a signal booster that can be added to my set-up?
