Some of the people that go to my website say that they can not view my website. They get a 404 error, but I can view it normally. Is this problem their ISP?

Or is it the server?

Well there might be various things but you can simply do this. make a custom 404 page or redirect yr 404 page to yr home page. this is something u should do anyway.

you are well come snike , its someth you always should do make a custom 404 page and setup a catch all email address.
