Pace DI4000N - Unable to reset Net With Red Jumper

Evening guys,

I've been trying all day to reset the net id on my pace DI4000-n stb but have been unsuccessful so far. It will reset the pin when i do this though. HAs anyone else had a problem like this?

Need a solution before i question my sanity lol

When you pull the red jumper what actually happens to the net id?

Does it default to 09999 like it should do or does it just change to a random number.

Don't worry if it just changes to a random number just pull the red jumper again for a min or two then try setting your relevant net id using fun or whatever method your using.

Should still set fine.

put it in backwards like this 78 56 34 12 poss this will sort you out bro kk

also do not put card in till yer on right page in eng menu
