Unhappy help me please

Ok, so last night I was watching sky+ and changed the picture aspect with my TV remote, ever since then when I put the TV on the sky channel it flicks TV off and then on again after a few second, (not long enough for a picture to appear). The TV itself is Ok as the channels 1-5 are fine.

Please help me!!!!!

I would see if your box and tv works with RF then check the settings.

Hi,
What way do you have the box and TV connected. I can't see the box having anything to do with your problem, if, as sounds like it, you have the box connected via a RF cable. If you have it connected with a scart lead, then it might be doing something to the TV, because the scart lead does control the TV. Please let us know what way the box and TV connect.

Very best regards Wez
